The Other Side of Fear
Highlights: "We create a comfort zone because a comfort zone is safe; because of this we miss out on some of life's greatest opportunities. Most things worth having live on the outside of our comfort zone, on the other side of fear."
Ask yourself: What is holding up your wall of fear? What is on the other side of this wall? How will you get to the other side of fear?

Video 2:
Identity
Highlights: "In Plato's allegory, he talks about human beings living in a cave. All of their lives, from their childhood, they've been chained up in a such a way that they cannot move their bodies and all they can see in front of them is a dark wall. Because they have never been outside of this cave, all they know about life is this dark wall. However, one day a slave is released and he discovers a whole new world outside of the cave. And because he is now the enlightened one, his job is to come and free those that are still trapped in the cave." "Look, think about it like this, the front row consists of kings, bishops, queens - pretty much the people in charge of the country. The second row is made up of pawns. The pawns are the least important and are pretty much what the leaders use to benefit themselves. They're meant to be used for your own advantage."
Ask yourself: Are you a pawn? A bishop/king/queen? Or are you an enlightened one?

I Am Not A Label
(Start at the 0:15 mark until the end)
Think deeper: When you watch this video do not limit yourself to only viewing labels of race. Also think about all the other labels / boxes we "are" or assign others, in order to unfairly judge them. Examples: religion, weight, beauty, physical ability, mental ability, wealth, clothing, style, profession, hobbies, opinions, political affiliations, sexual orientation, etc. Labels are EVERYWHERE but labels tell you very little about what is INSIDE a person's heart and soul.
Highlights: "See, from birth the world force feeds us these labels and, eventually, we all swallow them. We digest and accept the labels, never ever doubting them, but there's one problem. Labels are not you and labels are not me. Labels are just labels, but who we truly are is not skin deep."
Ask yourself: How do you label others based upon assumptions and what you have been "force fed"? How do you label yourself the same way? Are these labels helpful or destructive? How would you RE-LABEL yourself for the world to see the real YOU?

Two Choices
Highlights: " 'The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.' In this world you have two choices - two BIG choices. You can choose to just breath in and out without trying or you can choose to be great.
Ask yourself: How are you letting life "beat you to your knees"? What is your next step toward greatness? How will you begin?
